In line with Victorian Legislation and the Australian Responsible Pet breeders Association Guidelines - we offer the following policies:

Returns

• 5-day “cooling-off” period to all animals sold. 75% refund. 
• Llife time rehoming guarantee - no questions asked. 
• Accept an animal returned within 21 days of sale and refund 100% of the purchase price if accompanied by a veterinary practitioners statement that the animal is unacceptable for health reasons
•  adhere to the returns policy in the RPBA Code of Ethics (www.rpba.com.au)

Health

• Vet "Fit To Breed" verification prior to every pregnancy. Includes hip and patela tests by specialist vet. 

• All pups will come with Health assessments, flea and worming treatments, vaccination and microchipping  prior to sale
• Full vet-recommended vaccination protocol from 6 weeks of age

• Up to date with flea, worming, parasite treatments as recommended by veterinary advice.
• Records of all medical history, breed advice, feeding, exercise, microchip
information, flee, worming and vaccination dates and types provided to the purchaser at the point of sale. Includes information about when the next treatments are due. 
•  Records of all relevant flea, worming and vaccination dates and types for the
buyers as well as when the next treatment is due.
